Guest Room Accommodations
The Office of Residence & Commuter Life offers guest room accommodations to alumni, staff, faculty, students, and visiting family & guests of NDMU students. Accommodations are provided in Doyle Hall in either a single or double room for a cost of $25 per night based upon availability.
All rooms include a twin bed, desk, dresser, closet or wardrobe and either a private bathroom or access to a communal bathroom. Accommodations are single gender only and are based upon availability. Minors must be staying with a parent or legal guardian of the same gender. Rooms are close in proximity to Doyle Dining Hall and Gator Alley. During spring 2015, linens are available by requests at a minimum of 48 hours in advance.
Guests staying on campus are responsible for following all university policies and procedures that are found in the Student Code of Conduct and Residential Student Handbook. The guest room fee ($25 per night) is due via cash or check upon check-in. The guest room is available for no more than 3 days in a 7 day period without prior permission from the Assistant Director of Residence & Commuter Life.
Check-in and Check-out
Guests staying on campus should register their car with Public Safety in the front of Gibbons Hall upon arrival to campus. Check-in and check-out occurs at the Doyle Hall Desk in the main lobby of the building.
Check-in is at 5pm and Check-out is by 12pm. If you need to check-out before 10am, please include the information on the Guest Room Reservation Form.
